Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VoidPing (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and the VoidPing app at app.voidping.app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. VoidPing provides crypto charts and price alerts. It is not investment advice.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, a display name, and a securely hashed password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email, name and profile picture.
• Telegram: if you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID and username so our bot can send you alerts.
• What you create in the app: chart layouts, drawings, watchlists, price alerts, notification settings, and a history of alerts sent to you.
• Payments: plan, amount, cryptocurrency, network, deposit address and transaction hash. Payments are processed by NOWPayments; we never see or store card or wallet credentials.
• Usage and technical data: when you were last active, the days you used the app, the devices and browsers you signed in from (from your browser's user agent), IP addresses in server logs, and analytics data described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie to keep you signed in; the app doesn't work without it. We also use Google Analytics on this website and in the app to understand how VoidPing is used (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, device and browser type, and how you arrived). Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga). Inside the app we link analytics to an internal numeric user ID, never to your email address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How we use it

• To run your account, save your charts and drawings, and deliver your price alerts by Telegram or email.
• To process payments, activate your plan, and send reminders before your access ends.
• To prevent abuse (for example, repeated free trials) and keep the service secure.
• To understand usage and improve VoidPing.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run VoidPing:

• Binance: charts and live prices load directly from Binance's public market-data servers in your browser, so Binance receives your IP address and browser details.
• Telegram: to deliver alerts to the chat you connected.
• Email delivery provider: to send sign-in links, confirmations and email alerts.
• NOWPayments: to process crypto payments.
• Google: for Google Analytics, and for sign-in if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Hosting: our servers and database are hosted by DigitalOcean.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, sign-in methods, drawings, alerts, watchlist, alert history and payment records are deleted from our live database. Copies can remain in our database backups for up to 14 days, and internal admin logs may keep your email address for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

• You can view and change your details in Settings, and disconnect Telegram or other sign-in methods at any time.
• You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete account.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us (below).

Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

VoidPing is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on X.
